How to make eye color seem lighter and make eyes seem bigger?

I have small brown eyes (they are kind of a dark brown). I wanted to know if there is any way that i can make them look a lighter brown and make them seem bigger, but without putting on too much makeup.How to make eye color seem lighter and make eyes seem bigger?

well if you put pitch black eyeliner or eyeshadow on... they will appear lighter because of the contrast. and to make them look bigger, try volumizing mascara and whatever you do, dont do they whole egyptian thing, where it connects and goes out in a line (whats that called... im blanking?) because that will make your eyes look thinner. try a dab of a transluscent, shimmery light color in the corner of your eye yo make your eyes stand out.
what i do i put black eyeliner on the inner rims of my eyes and i curl my eyelashes and put black mascara which makes them look long and thich and that helps make my eyes seem lighter and bigger if you dont want to put on eyeliner you can just curl them real good and put on alot of mascara
use a black eyeliner %26amp; put it on kinda thick
try using a light pink or blue eyeshadow and try some brownish eyeliner or just brown mascara.
