Check out the programs ';Gimp'; or ';Gimpshop'; they are very powerful image editing programs that make it easy to change your eye color and many other things. They're both free applications.





Be aware that if you're running Windows Vista that Gimp and Gimpshop will both appear to hang when launching the first time. This is normal. They will take up to 5 minutes to launch the very first time. After that they launch quickly. It's just how they build their font database under vista that slows them down on that first launch.

you have to do it yourself there are two ways one is the color changer u click the color of ur eyes and it does everything that color in the picture to the color ur changing too or theres a way to ';cut'; around the eyes and add a tint
you can try on line tools to selection region with lasso tool and adjust hue, or use program to select region with lasso tool, and adjust hue,
