if you have photoshop, just select the eye and change hue//saturation to get natural looking different coloured eyes xHow do you change your eye color on a picture?
Open your image file in any decent photo editing application, the select the area of the eye surrounding the pupil (the bit with the colour) using some sort of quick selection tool, then use a pen or brush to paint over the existing eye to a new colour of you choice.
